I have a approved I140 from my current employer with prority date of may 2006. I had applied a labor long time back in Jan 2004 with another employer. This labor is approved now. Can I apply another I140 with the old empoyer without revoking the one that I have with the current employer as I want to stay with the current employer till I get the new I140 approved? Will applying the I140 with the old affect my current I140 approval.
Please help, I have to decide soon.

One can contiue to stay using I-485 receipt without valid I-94. afasik I-797 can be used only if you filed H1 extention after you came back on parolee.
If a person travels on AP, he will get a new PAROLE I-94 which shows expiry date of 1 year from the day he entered on AP. Can the person stay in US AFTER that expiry date and continue working using a valid I-797?

A little too much desaturation, I think. Since you've kept as much red in her top as you did, you should keep a little bit of the color in her skin, otherwise it looks a little unbalanced. Her skin looks too cool in comparison.

Does the I-485 filing date matter? i.e. If one person files their application on July 1st and the other files on say July 25th (due to some reasons), will their I-485's get processed in FIFO?

TSC 485 processing date says Aug 17,2007.
Does it mean, they reviewed almost all cases before Aug 16,2007?
My receipt date is Aug 13,2007. Notice date is Oct 10,2007.
So wondering whether they touched my case or still not?
Means, they reviewd all cases wherever the VISA dates were allocated/available. As you are from India, you have thousands of cases ahead of you.

I came to US on L1(worked for 1 year) and then switched to F1 till getting my H1B on May 2005 (which is 2 years old). How many years(3 or 4) do I have left on H1? I mean will the 1 year L1 count towards the total six years allocated for H1B?

AFAIK L1 counts towards that 6. So if you have done 1 on L1, 2 on H1, then you have 3 more years left on H1

I just received my initial EAD and it is only valid for 1 year. My priority date is October 2006. Shouldn�t I have received an EAD valid for 2 years?

is your case eb2 or eb3? what nationality are you from? if you are eb2 india, then it could potentially mean that you might get GC within one year...

Hi All - Our priority date is current since the last Bulletin. We contacted our Senator last week for our cases. They just called us back and said that our file is at National Records Center...(not National Benefit's center). They also said that usually the cases that have been approved go there. But we do not have any approval through email or online. Info pass appoinment also did not help.
Has anybody else's case got transferred to National Records Center ?
