Will it not affect the green card processing? I mean, if during the green card process, they ask for the ITR and they see the additional income from the rental property, won't they deny the I-140 or I-485?

Is it possible to extend H4 status after using EAD for a person whose I-485 pending in derivative status.
I read Cronin Memo reg. dual intent "Revision of March 14, 2000 Dual Intent Memorandum"
It seems to discuss reg. using AP to enter the country and maintaining H status.
Not sure if anyone here has done the extension of H4 after using EAD.

1)Company A (GC sponsoring company) filed H1B 3 years extension based on approved 140 six months back and it is pending since then and got RFE .My previous H1B expired 3 months back.
2)Now i would like to switch company B by using AC21 and want to file H1B renewal also with company B.
Is it possible to file H1B renewal with company B by using pending receipt notice of H1B (that was filed by company A)? or do I need to wait until get H1B approval that was filed by Company A?
Experts please suggest?

Filed I 485 mid June. I'm in the same boat as you, did not get receipt date. I hope they do not send the application back... I was wondering if the July bulletin affects those who filed I 485 in June.

I am planning to use AC21 and start a new job on EAD, although the reason I am telling my present employer is that I am going to home country and may or may notcome back. what happens if the employer revokes the H1B or can he ask uscis to stop all the immigration matters with me. I have finished 180 days hatch period ...:)
